  • Packaging and tags (if applicable) should be intact

Items not meeting these criteria may not be accepted.

Important: Returns without prior approval cannot be processed.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your items upon arrival. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away. We will resolve the issue by providing a replacement or a refund.


4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food or beverages)

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or promotional items

5. Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  2. Place a new order for the replacement item

This ensures the quickest processing of your exchange.


6. International Orders – EU Customers

For EU orders, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel or return your order, with the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • Packaging and proof of purchase must be included

  • This policy complements our standard 30-day return window.


7. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about your refund status.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, and processing can take up to 10 business days. Additional time may be required by your bank or card provider.
